First time designing a restaurant space, the designer's goal is to create an aesthetic Chinese restaurant that unfits the typical stereotypes of grease and chaos. Concrete and glass are the main structural material to allow minimal maintenance and maximum durability. Futuristic bar area sets the tone of the space, and the cozy dining area provides a comfortable dining experience for the customers. The simple block design on the ceiling with dramatic lighting effects not only provides acoustic protection for the space they also serve as a focal point when customers enter the restaurant.
